Employing all the tradesmen and craftsmen on our team means that we can work efficiently alongside your Architects and Designers, to deliver the very best service. We can, if you require, take your project from initial conception through design, planning and building regulations with our architectural design department and structural engineers.  We are also happy to work with designs and plans you have already had produced.

All our projects, however large or small are carefully managed so the correct tradesmen and craftsmen are on site at the correct stages of the project.  Once we start the project on the agreed start date AMG will make sure that the project is operating every working day until the agreed contract is completed, AMG Building Services DO NOT leave projects standing unfinished.  The sites and working areas are tidy and organised and we take great care to protect your living/ working areas from the construction areas.

Once a quotation is approved by the Client, AMG Building Services Ltd produce a fixed price contract, detailing all the agreed works to be carred out for the agreed price within the agreed timescale, so no “hidden extras”.  Should additional works or changes to the plans or specification be required, these will be discussed and priced accordingly with all cost confirmed in writing.
